For those of you that have stopped by before, welcome back! If you haven't already looked around, this is a long-standing (albeit mostly idle - something I plan to change!) site that contains 15+ years of my writing. There's a heavy Palladium presence since I've played their games since I was in middle school (about 12-13 for those that may not be familiar with US education groups - I think it's primary education levels in Europe). Anywho, I'm still around and still occasionally writing. A lot of it hasn't made it on the site because I've only recently put up a real content management solution. Now that it will be a bit easier, I'm hoping to get some more content written and out there on a semi-regular basis.

You likely won't see much more in the way of Palladium as I've largely stopped playing due to (1) being unable to find anyone already familiar with the rules and (2) not having the time to teach a complex new system. I've opted for simpler mechanics so, on the rare occasion I'm able to play, I can focus on having fun rather than remembering where to look up a rule. After backing the Breachworld RPG by Jason Richards Publishing (you might recognize his name if you're a Rifts fan), I fell in love with the Mini6 system, so you'll likely see a lot having to do with it get thrown up here.

Feel free to peruse the past 15 years of my writing life. And if you want to find out some more about me, check out my bio.

This is a little something I cooked up sometime ago and happened across on my hard drive while looking at some older files for Palladium Fantasy (I've also located some others that I'll be revising and posting during the next few months). I'm currently planning to make up some of the characters mentioned in the text at a later time.

This is a character I made for a PBP game some time ago that I had to drop out of due to time constraints. The background is a bit tailored to that game, but he's an interesting character nonetheless. He was last seen in a wilderness assault against a large group of brodkil demons.

This is a character that I was never able to start playing, but was meant for a Phase World PBeM that never got off the ground. I seem to have hit a few of those.

Alexandra was raised by two of the most influential people in the New German Republic. As a result, she always had everything she needed and wanted. When Alex was old enough, she was shown the family business, smuggling. Alex was intrigued because it went against everything she had been taught in the schools, including the association with D-bees. Her parents sympathized with the D-bees and knew that the best way to earn a living was to work with everyone, and Alex was taught this from the beginning. She learned the trade quickly and her parents prosperity grew almost daily.

Danielle was born a street urchin and has worked her way up from the bottom. She stole what money she could at first, hoarding it until she had enough to buy the equipment she would need. It took a few years and long criminal record, but she finally saved the money she needed and bought art equipment, and special forgery tools, as well as a computer to aid in her work.

Johann was born into a prominent business family. Unfortunately, Johann yearned for knowledge, not the hobnobbing and kissing ass of the business world. When he was fifteen, he left home. He lived on the streets, gathering as many books and learning as much as he could. Eventually, the knowledge was not enough to keep him alive and he needed to start stealing to make a living and eat from day to day. It started small, picking pockets, occasionally robbing a small store.
