For those of you that have stopped by before, welcome back! If you haven't already looked around, this is my little corner of the Internet that contains 15+ years of tabletop RPG resources. There's a heavy Palladium presence since I played their games from the time I was in middle school (about 12-13 for those that may not be familiar with US education groupings) up until several years ago. I'm still working through a backlog of stuff unearthed from my hard drive (and in need of some rewriting), but I continue to post new resources as I use it in my current Savage Rifts campaign.

While I still love Palladium and their settings, I've opted to pursue simpler mechanics. After backing the Breachworld RPG by Jason Richards Publishing (you might recognize his name if you're a Rifts fan), I fell in love with the Mini6 system, and you'll find some resources for that RPG here. Currently, I'm back in the realm of Rifts Earth and my familiarity and love of that setting is spurring a lot of new translations to the Savage Rifts RPG. As campaigns come and go, you'll see new material posted that relates to the epic storylines I seek to tell along with my players. What follows are many, many resources for these campaigns that I hope you will find useful in your own campaign.

The House of Lunas is one of the six Amaki houses of New Babylon. The House of Lunas is named for the moon and the moon's color, silver. Now, it is also named for the color of the assassin's blade. It is one of the less scrupulous houses among the Amaki clans and shelters many spies and assassins, Amaki and (secretly) other races. This particular house has been led by a single Amaki for the last thousand years, which, normally, would be impossible, except for the fact that this Amaki's life has been warped through the use of Temporal Magic and dimensional travel.

By the title, I'm sure you can all figure out exactly what I'm talking about, and for those of you who don't, I'm talking about New Babylon. It's found in one of the untouchable books in the South America series (South America 2 to be exact) and probably one of the most munchkin series of books in the entire Rifts saga (though I'm sure others will argue). I have always felt that South America was one of the most powerful settings ever described by C.J. Carella. Now, I like Carella's style of writing, but he had a severe problem with making every book he wrote more powerful than the last. Granted I know many of you may complain and bitch and moan that South America has no need for altering, but I never said that you needed to use anything here.

Palladium never really touched on this, though they have given prices for the various services that the guilds perform, they never touched on the guild's structure. Granted, there is no universal organization of thieves' guilds, the organization and even frequency will vary with the country or region of the continent. For instance, the thieves guilds of the Western Empire will be different from those found in the Land of the South Winds, Timiro Kingdom and the Domain of Man in structure, organization, influence, and membership. What follows is information on the thieves' guilds by country.

A sorcerer came to me one day; it was strange, he wanted to know things, research he said. I being who I am, was confused, not fully understanding the mortal's need for this knowledge. Oh, but you must excuse me. You don't know who I am. Some call me Zimerath, others, Chertovkah, and still others, Master. I am a demon, from a realm which your tongue could not pronounce. I was summoned to this world one day, millenia ago, when magic was strong and Atlantis was only beginning to thrive. A sorcerer summoned me, but he was weak. Before he uttered his first command (though it would have likely sounded much more like a request) I tore out his throat and fed on his corpse.

When I first bought Triax and the NGR, I expected it to contain information much like the other books. Government information, notable NPCs, and city descriptions. What I found was far different. The book contained weapons, equipment and power armor, but no information on the cities of the NGR. It described the Gargoyle Empire quite well, however, there was only a timeline leading up to the current NGR; nothing on the current government or way of life of the "Neo-Germans." What I hope to accomplish here is to give everyone an idea of what the government, cities and citizens of the NGR are like. I plan to delve into the criminal organizations that are present as well as how the government is ruled. Lastly, what are the Republic's views on d-bees? We know they are human supremacists, but how are d-bees actually treated? Does the NGR go to the extremes the Coalition States do? This all will be discussed.
